- Chat assistant conversations — if you use the assistant on our website, the messages you type and any details you choose to share in the chat.
- Technical data — standard website usage data (such as browser type and pages visited) collected automatically when you use our site.

Please do not enter sensitive information, such as payment card details, in the chat. The assistant may make mistakes, so please confirm important booking details with us directly. Our legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where you choose to use the chat, your consent. You can choose not to use the chat at any time. Passenger app permissions
Our passenger app may request access to your device's location to arrange accurate pickups and provide live trip tracking. You can control location access at any time through your device settings. Declining location access may limit some app features.
